First IVF cycle - Any tips?

My husband and I have been ttc our first baby, have had two miscarriages and have stage 4 Endo. We are starting our first ivf round next month to freeze some embryos before I need a second extensive surgery for my Endo and endometriomas. 
Does anyone have any tips/advice for IVF?

One day at a time. One injection at a time. Try not to think too much into it. Be aware that after retrieval, numbers can drop quickly (eggs retrieved, mature eggs, fertilized, frozen). If PGT testing, it takes about 2ish weeks for results to come back. Everything is a waiting game and it sucks because you aren’t in control, but I’ve read horror stories and I’m here to tell you, after four cycles of IVF, it isn’t that bad. Just keep in mind the end result and it helps 🫶🏻

What I would say is don’t be disheartened if it doesn’t work first round of ivf with first embryo. It took 8 rounds for me to get a pregnancy and success. Everyone is different. It’s a tough journey emotionally so have good support around you too. Best wishes
