Having the worst period of my life

This period hit me like a truck after minimal PMS. Woke up with cramps so severe it felt like my uterus was burning all most, my hips feel like they’re about to fall apart and my back is screaming. I am so uncomfortable, its been a while since I’ve had a bad one like this 😫
