My health regimen into a BFP! ✨

My first pregnancy and unfortunately ended in a miscarriage 💔 but I have not lost hope and I’m very excited to bring my body back to health and try again! For anyone that is interested in the regimen that I used to achieve conception here it is!

The fertility regimen!

When your period starts

I took serrapeptase

On an empty stomach every morning

Next I drink Xi xian cao Asian tea on an empty stomach/you can also take St. John’s wart if you can’t stomach the tea.

Once I had put food in my stomach for the day I took regulate myo & D-chiro inositol. I moved on too raspberry leaf tea and an hour of a Castor pack with a heated bottle over it.

At night time after dinner I would take

1 CoQ10

Omega-3’s

Calcium mag. zinc D3 combo

Before bed and usually a couple hours after dinner and dessert. I take my prenatals

I also quit drinking 7 months ago

I drink a lot of water

I stretch and exercise

I prayed a lot and started fertility affirmations on YouTube!

Horny goat weed and Maca if your partner wants or needs it
