I think this is baby acne not sure I can someone please recommend me something for that I try the cream aquaphor but it doesn’t seems to get better.

I have read that mustela no rinse cleansing water helps. I tried it on my baby when she was 12 weeks and made her face red in seconds, so i stopped using ever since. I simply rinsed her face with running water and within 3 minutes everything was fine. This was my experience, but there are parents swearing by it. Give it a try!
