Alcohol while taking letrozole?

I’m having my bachelorette this weekend and I’m on my third day taking letrozole. Do y’all think I should avoid alcohol or should I be okay drinking?

I drank a little while taking letrozole and it just made me feel terrible the next day. Like only two drinks and had the worst hangover ever. I don’t think you need to avoid all together, just take it easy!

I got bad headaches with letrozole so just prepare if you get a hangover on top of that.

Google says it may worsen some side effects like hot flashes but other than that you should be okay. However, Google is not the most reliable source. Always ride on the side of caution.
