I went on a month long vacation halfway across the world, right when my periods were due. But my periods didn't show up. I was visibly freaking out towards the end of the trip and when I got back home I was just waiting for the weekend to get myself checked up (I knew I wasn't pregnant but wanted to check for any other medical needs). But then I got my next period right on time - Basically two months later, as the previous cycle was completely skipped. Has this happened to anyone else? A friend who is a gynac said this sometimes happens due to travel stress and change of environment, but I will still do checks for PCOS in any case.
