Hye my lovelies. I've been going to the doctors for weeks now. I did an abdomino-pelvic test at a small health Care center and they said I had right kidney pyelonephritis and then I went to an hospital to do the same test and they said my kidneys are fine ,my uterus and all are good . I did urinalysis and there was a trace of protein and I did urine mcs and the results said I have staphylococcus aureus and its sensitive to levofloxacin and tetracycline. I did a pelvic exam yesterday and it gave an impression of vaginitis. The doc said I should do another urine MCs to check if I still have the staph and I should do a swab test also then after I should take some antibiotics (cefuroxime) and some others I haven't bought them yet. But I'm having intense lower back pain that spreads to my sides and my buttocks. Is it a PID? The pelvic examiner just mentioned vaginitis. I have another appointment on the 27th of this month though. I also did an XRay that shows the results were fine but I have a straightened spine due to muscle spasms. I'm in pain honestly. Ive done a pelvic scan only three times this year two in the past two weeks and they said my uterus and all are fine. I've had increased vagina discharge but its not a bed color it doesn't smell fishy but it does have a smell but its not fishy though. I also have sharp abdominal pain and intense vaginal pain. Any advice? What can I tell my doc?
