When to take a pregnancy test?

I had confirmed ovulation on July 5th when is the soonest I can take a test and when is the most accurate, my cycles aren’t exactly regular but this was my first month tracking ovulation. My cycles vary from 26-30days but 26 on average but every so often I have off cycles.

How did you confirm ovulation? The most accurate day to test is 15dpo. You should have at least a faint line by then. Implantation happens between 6dpo and 12dpo and then you can have a positive pregnancy test between 8dpo and 15dpo.

How did you confirm ovulation day? You want to be at least 8 DPO before you would test for pregnancy and even that is extremely early. The longer you can wait the better. Implantation occurs 6-12 DPO then it takes hcg 2-3 days to double and be high enough to show on a pregnancy test.
