Yes, that’s a sacral dimple.  My five year old was born with one. Her pediatrician said it’s completely normal and it hasn’t given her any problems.

It’s normal. If the doctors were concerned they would have said something. A really deep dimple is a sign of spina bifida, but your babies isn’t deep enough for that.
