The first day of my last period was June 3rd which I thought would put me at around six weeks. Went for an early scan today due to some light spotting and having a prior miscarriage in May. Scan showed a gestational sack, but was not able to locate fetal pole, but did see some flickering on the screen which would indicate a heartbeat I believe? Is this normal to be able to see the flickering of the heartbeat but no fetal pole or yolk sack? Also, just wondering if the gestational sack looks healthy and normal for the gestational age. The nurse was not concerned. I do have a follow up ultrasound next week any opinions would be appreciated thank you
