I had an iud Kyleena and it fell out. I’m worried that it could have damaged something but when I went to the obgyn he treated me so terrible and said “I don’t know what you are wanting me to do for you unless you want me to give another form of birth control.” He refused to examine me and told me that my hormones were making me paranoid but there was no need for any checks and basically that I wasted his time if I didn’t want more birth control. Should I be concerned or is he right that it just fell out and I don’t need any exams and I’m just paranoid? From what I understand it was extremely rare because I had had it for over a year. A week before it fell out I complained of cramps but was told that it was just normal but I cramped really badly until it fell out.
