Help please

This is the first time in nearly 3yr i think i see something, im on letrozole with pcos. I have taken 3 days in a row but no progression i dont think? and had mild cramps. Im worried its probs negative from bad batch of tests or chemical preg/early loss? I didnt track this time so dpo is around 12-14 i think . At what point should i be concerned or happy with the line i think i see? Thankyou
