1 month progress
I know this is not a really big difference but it’s a start. First picture I was somewhere between 190 and 200lbs. Second photo I am at 183. I’m 5’2” / 5’3” for reference. Started intermittent fasting on the 16th of June.
My husband got me a treadmill about 2 weeks ago and started also going to the gym on the weekends, where I focus more on weight training. Here’s to hoping I can keep the momentum going. Any tips or encouragement is welcome.
