I can’t help but worry that it’s too light for 12dpo. I can see it more in person and it’s definitely pink

Answer

It just depends on when implantation happens. Implantation happens between 6dpo and 12dpo and then you need 2 to 3 days for hcg to build up enough for a test. So you may just have implanted at 9dpo/10dpo.
