Solo parent fitness
Hey all, I’m trying to figure out some sort of fitness for myself that I can do while solo with my toddler. My husband works a lot and is starting college classes again which means even more solo time for me.
I’m a SAHM with my toddler who has medical needs. It’s improved a lot, but I haven’t been able to find childcare in about 2.5 years. Since my husband is gone early and home late I’m solo 11+ hours a day and have been struggling to care for myself especially with exercise.
I cannot count on waking up before my kid and he’s not napping very often. Please tell me someone has ideas- it’s VERY hot out lately and I don’t have any gyms that have childcare that will take my kid (plus they are $$$)
Bonus if someone knows of some ways to make it fun/motivating to show up when no one is cheering/caring besides myself
