Worried I messed up :(

So I have been on the IUD (Kyleena) for around 5 years now. My IUD doesn’t get changed until 2026. I just hooked up with a guy (no protection) and he pulled out. However, I’m worried about pre cum getting me pregnant OR the fact that we did multiple rounds and there may have been cum still on his dick. Do I buy a plan b??? Or is it pointless and I’m overthinking
