1 pound everyday
I’m just coming on here because I’m so excited! I have been over weight for quite some time now, I had about 56 pounds to lose (5’3 SW 186 GW 130 CW 164). I’ve always been a big time snacker at night, I honestly felt like I couldn’t stop. I constantly had cravings for chocolate and cookies and soda. I was also actually spending a lot of my money just on snacks. I’ve tried to lose weight in the past and I never could only because I wouldn’t stick to anything. Recently I decided to start saving money so I quit buying snacks but I had to find something to satisfy my cravings and my husband suggested mangoes. I started making mango smoothies when I had a craving and it actually helped. I also decided to start intermediate fasting 16:8. I’ll basically have a mango smoothie and some nuts for breakfast and I will eat a small dinner and lots of water through the day. Since I started this about 2 weeks ago I have literally lost a pound everyday. My appetite has even shrunk so it’s not hard either. I finally feel like my weight loss is achievable. I can’t wait to reach my goal, and at this rate it will be no time!
