I’ve been taking Nortrel 1/35 for about 5 months. Last week I forgot to take my pill on time, I normally take it around 1pm. I ended up taking it around 5-6pm and did the same the next day because I forgot again 😂 After that I just started taking it around that time instead. But the last few days I’ve been having some random ovary pain, it was the right side and now the left. Today I’m having back pain (normally happens when I start my period) and when I wiped I noticed a bit of blood, just barely spotting.

Is this just from taking the pill a few hours later??

I know breakthrough bleeding in normal, but I haven’t had any issues after the first 2-3 months.

Also adding that 2 weeks ago was my placebo pill week - and I didn’t have a period, just some old blood for a day or two.
