Spotting while pregnant

Hey ladies, I have a question. Are any of you spotting? I’m almost 7 weeks pregnant & I’ve been spotting off & on. I never experienced this before. I’ve been to the ER & they said it’s something called SCH & this is my 3rd pregnancy. Is this normal?
