I work full time right now as a nurse. We are extremely short staffed. I’m the youngest one and the only one who doesn’t have kids, I’m also super nice and can’t say no or set boundaries at all. They constantly ask me to stay and pile on way more work at the end of the day to me. It’s always me. I’m always the last one to leave. Im getting really sick of it. My back hurts and my mental health is really bad. I kinda want to go part time but the money right now is so good so idk what I should do.
