Hey all, I am just curious if anyone else has this or knows if maybe it’s not normal?? I’ve been having ovulation pain, which I do get usually every other month I think. But this time, it’s been quite strong and has been going on for like a week now.. started last week Wednesday and now it’s Monday the following week and I still feel it. Yesterday it felt like actual period cramps. I know it’s a common thing, but what I’ve read, it shouldn’t be lasting this long. 🤔 I’ve honestly felt like I have my period with how I feel in my abdomen, just dull, achey, light cramps to ones that made me want to push on my stomach. It’s very strange BECAUSE I don’t have my period, it’s throwing me off, I keep feeling like I need to grab a tampon or something. I just finished ovulating last week so why is this still going on? Or is it something else ?? For context I am 43 years old, no kids, 99.9% regular periods. Any advice?
