So for awhile we thought this was eczema, on the back of his neck, he also has a small rash between his chest that he just got but on the neck has been a issue since 2020ish, he’s had it ever since, and now is worse than I’ve ever seen before. He says it itches as u can see where he skinned himself from scratching. He don’t really have a doctor yet and is still trying since he’s just now starting to take it serious after years of telling him!! Any ideas?? Does this look like eczema?
