Exhausted behind anything before

Hi mamas, I am currently 36 weeks 1 day. The past week I have been waking up around every 2 hours at night. Sometimes it’s to use the restroom but most of the time I’m just awake. Recently I’ve been hurting more than usual, my hips especially. I know it can just be because baby is working is way down for his arrival, but I also have been getting headaches. Tylenol will knock them out but I just need to try to get more than what seems a few hours of sleep at night. Any suggestions? I already use about 3 pillows at night to help me stay comfortable. I’m just so sleepy and I worry it’ll affect my baby and my 2 year old that keeps me busy all day. TIA!
