TW- Miscarriage Question

I had a miscarriage on the 19th at 10pm and now it is starting to slow down as of today. My hcg was only 538 when I was suppose to be 8 weeks. How come when others miscarried at like 6 weeks their hcg was like super duper high.?? Just curious on why my hcg was not high at all. Will be trying as soon as I get my first period again :). This is my first ever miscarriage😭.
