Spotting concerns

Hi, I’m 6 weeks pregnant and when I went to the bathroom this morning I saw this when I wiped. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after dark spotting like this? Really worried because I had a miscarriage earlier this year at 13 weeks, and I can’t get in for my scan until next week.
