I need help to put my mind at ease after a missed miscarriage please

I had a missed miscarriage this past Nov 1st 2023. I’m now pregnant.. we’re so excited and due March 30th but I’m so scared and can’t shake the thought of going to the doctor again and the baby not measure where he/she should and no heart beat. 😭 what are the chances of that happening what are some ways to be positive. It stinks because unlike others I wish I had more symptoms etc with all of my babies including my babies I have here earthside with me I’ve never really had many symptoms and if I do they’re mild. Just need some positive words or stats on missed miscarriage please. Thank you! 💕
