Dip 8dpo- back up 9dpo?

Update: not pregnant 
The last time I had a dip like this and it came back was the cycle I was pregnant (miscarriage). Does this seem like implantation? Should I be able to test?

Cant even confirm ovulation since you're missing an important temp so hard to say if that's implantation or not.

It could be a dip due to a secondary estrogen surge that happens around this time of your luteal phase. I would wait and test tomorrow at 10dpo and see. After implantation you need 2 to 3 days for hcg to build up enough for a test. If implantation happened at that 8dpo dip you'd get a positive pregnancy test at 10dpo/11dpo.
