I am full time, so I completely understand I need to fill in when employees need to take off. However, I’m actually sick today and not even the other full time employee will help by covering me tomorrow.

A little background is, I have had to cover 13 shifts in the past 6 weeks. I have also never called in sick in the last 14 months. I know that’s a lot of numbers, but I’m just frustrated.

Does anyone else have this happen where you always have to cover other people and no one ever covers you? Does this happen in lots of other work places?
