So when I was 11 weeks and 2 days postpartum, I had an orgasm with no penetration. I was still having the yellow lochia with occasional green discharge but no bleeding as I got over my period the day before.

Well a few minutes after I orgasmed I had cramps and blood was running pretty briskly down my legs. This lasted for 15-30 seconds. It was bright and dark red mixture of blood.

Fast forward to 13 weeks and 3 days postpartum, I went to my GP and he said there was bacteria in my urine and he thinks it is vaginal also. I’ve been on Fluconazole and Metronidazole for 6 days now. I will be 15 weeks postpartum tomorrow.

As soon as I took the Fluconazole, what I thought was the yellow Lochia was gone! I am finally pad free after 13 weeks!!

My questions are…

1. I still have a little of the green discharge still. Is it normal to still have this towards the end of the antibiotics or should I call my doctor?

2. With that being said, could I still have an orgasm with the infection still without having sex or any penetration?

3. After bleeding with an orgasm for the first time since birth, I am scared to bits to have another one. But I am so sexually frustrated… could that happen again since the Lochia stopped??
