Is this premenopausal starting ?

This past week I have been struck by hot flashes all throughout the days and nights and accompanied by excessive sweating. I’m currently 33 soon to be 34, I know it starts early in my family. But, this seems a bit early for it.  If anyone has suggestions on how to get these hot flashes under control. It would help so much. I sleep with an A/c and fan on me and yet I’m drenched !!

It’s possible. Some start early in life, however, it could be other medical conditions at play. I’d get hormones checked to see if they are out of balance, including A1C, thyroid etc.

I went through those crazy symptoms in my early 20’s, it was horrible. And no doctor helped me with anything. I suggest you start using Wild yam cream and get yourself cooling sheets.
Even if you check your hormones sometimes it can come back “normal” because of your age.
