For the past week, I’ve been experiencing strong cramps and back pain that I never had before. About a week and a half ago i started having brown discharge to the point I was having to use pads and change consistently. After 4 days of that, I got my period super early and heavy!! According to the app, I’m ovulating but the cramps are TERRIBLE! Now, when i use the bathroom and wipe, it’s red blood/ discharge. Is this normal?

No, I’m not trying to conceive or anything and I’m not on any birth control.

I thought maybe the stress had my hormones all out of whack but now I’m just concerned…
