Hi guys, I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with my body.

Had unprotected sex July 16th and 17th period was due to start the 20th and end the 23 or 24 of July. Yesterday July 25th I had this brownish pink discharge or spotting and again today. Still haven’t gotten my period. Yesterday I went into the hospital as I was having an uncomfortable amount of one sided pain and was worried about possible pregnancy but in the tubes. The doctor was confusing he said my hcg was 2.4 my nurse says it read as a 2.5. He said he couldn’t tell me why I had pain on side. He couldn’t tell me if I was pregnant or not. He said it’s basically wait another week or so and see what happens.. couldn’t really tell me why I was having this discharge and no period. I’ve never had spotting this light and for two days. Normally if I spit at all it’s brighter and only for a few hours before AF comes.

Anyone have an idea of what might be going on?
