Nausea during implantation?

Question

I know it’s NOT a pregnancy symptom as it’s way too early. Just wondering about implantation causing nausea? I’m 6-7dpo and yesterday and today experienced nausea and tonight mild heart burn which I never get. Again, I know there’s no HCG/pregnancy, to cause this, but can implantation cause this? This is not normal for me during my cycle. 
Ovulation confirmed via LH Strips and BBT.

No, but normal post ovulatory changes in progesterone and estrogen can.

I had cycles with every symptom in the book that amounted to nothing.
The cycle I conceived I only took a test after I was a few days late because I was tired of seeing negatives and I thought I had a stomach flu…
