Low Lying Placenta

Mercedes

At my 20 week anatomy scan they said the placenta was anterior and low Lying. I've looked it up because in previous pregnancies I've never paid attention to it. But as I'm terrified of surgeries( after my first born was delivered via emergency c-section while I was under general anesthesia), I paid attention this time. Is there a chance that the placenta will move and I won't need a C-section and can deliver naturally the way I want or am I doomed to face another surgery?
