Do I have to lose ALL my uterine lining from my early pregnancy loss for bleeding to stop?? Just had my MC confirmation transvaginal ultrasound yesterday & totally forgot to ask this question when I was there. The gestational sac & all that was gone. My uterine lining seemed to still be thick & noticeable still. Does all that have to come out to start a new cycle? I’m on day five of bleeding & I’m going to be so upset if I bleed for another five weeks like I just did earlier this year with my previous loss.
