Due to my cycles being irregular, I tested three times a day at first. Once I found my peak pattern I tested twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. After my test was positive (peak was detected) I would test once a day from that day on until testing negative.

How often do I suppose to use the ovulation strips once a day or twice a day
