So confused

I know it's possible to get high lh tests due to pcos but I took one today as I was curious, my period is about 3-4 days away according to my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a> but I wasn't expecting this has anyone else been through the same? I haven't used ovulation tests since trying for my youngest who is 2 😅
