My children’s dad and I currently are living together in the same apartment. We broke up but are both on the lease and neither of us can afford to move right now or afford to break the lease so we’re waiting it out which is 8 more months. However I pay for everything for our kids. I’m always the one paying for diapers and wipes and clothes every time. Could I put him on child support or no because we live together ? He doesn’t give me money and wouldn’t I’ve asked and he always says he will but then doesn’t or says he’s “broke” which idk how he’s broke when I pay for everything for the kids but 🤷‍♀️
