One year of trying!

So I’m at my one year mark and my fertility appointment is this week! Can anyone tell me what to expect? I asked the woman on the phone and she was like “I’m not 100% sure what to tell you since I just recently started this job” so that was helpful 😂 does a pelvic exam hurt? I can’t imagine that being comfortable.
