Yes, all 3 pregnancies I’ve had I conceived the first cycle I tried.

Not baby #2 but baby #4, I'm 6 weeks and 5 days today and we fell pregnant 1st cycle trying

I did! It took 5 cycles my first time and then I had a mmc at 9 weeks and it took another 5 cycles again. Decided to try baby 10 months and fell pregnant on the first cycle. Hoping for a successful pregnancy - only about 5 weeks right now.
