What do you think?
So do you think a man should automatically know that it is disrespectful yo continue contact with his ex fiancé after you are pregnant with his child and in a relationship with him? My boyfriend was following his ex fiancé who left him over a year ago and she kept finding things to message him about. She still lives in the same city as us and even works for his mother's companies client... personally i was okay with him calling her and telling her i was pregnant but i was under the assumption that contact would stop after that. What more does he need?? I respectfully messaged her woman to woman and told her that she needs to stop talking to him now that I'm pregnant. He got mad at me for not having him message her for me and voice my concerns got me. He offered to block her when i brought up that i have a problem with them talking but he only offered because he didn't want to continue the conversation not because he actually understood how disrespected i felt. I was raised to move in a way that if i have a problem with someone they should hear it from me and i always remember to be respectful and mature when i do. But am i in the wrong for messaging her woman to woman?? Am i wrong for expecting him to just know better than to think keeping contact with his ex fiancé while I'm pregnant and having his kid(s)?? I don't really know what to think about all this.
I told him i want to spend some space away from him (not breaking up) and i will invite him to doctors visits and he is more than welcome to be a part of everything baby related but i can't do another argument with him about basic respect. And he started saying i was gonna keep him from his kid blah blah blah when i repeated 5 times that he is more than welcome to be a part of the baby process and anything baby related and i will never keep him from his kid. I'm only friggin 5 weeks pregnant for heaven's sake. 🙄 idk... i really want this to work but he seems way too immature to handle all this adult change.
