Has anyone NOT had any pregnancy symptoms by week 4?

I have 2 daughters and 2 miscarriages. I don’t remember when I started having symptoms with my daughters because it was 10 years ago and I was young/not educated on the subject. But with my miscarriages, I started having symptoms at week 3.

My husband and I just started trying and I should start my period tomorrow but I don’t have any symptoms, not of pregnancy and not even my usual pre period symptoms. I’m going to take a test this week if I don’t get my period but just wondering if anyone did not have any symptoms at all by 4 weeks.
