i’m 4weeks and 5 days pregnant. i was laying in bed on my back and my fiancé kind of put pressure on my belly and i felt a gush come from my vagina. i honestly thought i had started bleeding.. i checked and my underwear was soaking wet. almost like i had peed but i’m for sure it did not come out of where i would pee lol. what could this be? i’m also 6 months postpartum so just worried i won’t be able to carry another so soon.
