I got diagnosed with GD again. I had it with my 2nd pregnancy, but I was able to control it with a diet and not having to use any medications. This time around, it seems like the diet isn’t working as well as it did in the past. I feel so defeated. 😞 because I can’t get my fast sugars down, I most likely will need to be on insulin and I am so scared. Does anyone have any tips?
