5w 4d pregnant I have pregnancy anxiety everytime I get pregnant I have lost 4 babies one at 20 weeks due to incompetent cervix, a chemical, one due to severe food poisoning, and my last one in November to a missed miscarriage.. we went in for scan baby had stopped growing and no heart beat. I have two little girls here with me but I worried non stop with them too. I never enjoy pregnancy until 3rd trimester…. Anyways I’m 5w4d I had sore boobs, cramping now I have nothing. I get hot easily and have bloat at night but that’s about it. I don’t typically get a lot of symptoms so honestly I wish I did.. I would prefer to be puking everyday.

Is there anyway to know for sure if I’m having another missed miscarriage? What’s the chances of having to missed miscarriages in a row?
