Scared!

So yesterday I started bleeding at 6weeks 6 days so had a scan today to see if everything is ok, on the scan all that was there was an empty sack and they said I was 3 weeks not 6 so now I have to go back next week and see if anything is in the sack, I have a sinking feeling this is the end 😢
