Help? Severe headaches!

Hey guys so I’m really struggling right now, I’m 18 weeks pregnant today and for the past week and a half I have been suffering from intense headaches. The only way to describe it is by saying that it feels like I’m hitting the middle of my forehead with a hammer, almost like a tension headache but forty times worse. I’ve tried warm baths and ice packs at the base of my neck. If anyone has dealt with this and has some advice I will gladly take it!

i had headaches and migraines for 3 weeks almost every day. Now within a week only one headache at night after starting the magnesium supplement. it has certainly helped me. 17+2 now

Go and see someone just incase! My doctor thought mine may be a blood clot but it was a rare tumour and needed emergency surgery 🙄 just my luck, mine were constant headaches though. Not to scare you though, mine was rare 3 in a million people but blood clots are more common in pregnancy so do see someone just incase x

I've been having these for a few weeks! My doc said it's likely because it's so hot and there's so much thunderstorm activity. She said to nap when I can and take Tylenol if it gets really bad. I was having them daily or every second day but I've had about 5 days without one now so I'm hoping it was justa painful phase.
