I forgot about the test I took this morning and saw this 4 hours later.. is this an evap line?

Only way to tell is test again. It could be an evap, or it could be positive.  But since it’s out of the timeframe, you should definitely test again. I’ve never had an evap like that, so hoping it’s positive! Good luck!
