My boyfriend broke up with me because I told him I have mycoplasma genitalium. I didn’t know I know I had I’m pretty sure i had it in my body for a year without knowing. But idk what to do. He felt like he should have been there but why would he ? We live in two different states. I feel like I didn’t know. If I didn’t know how could he ? He knew I had chronic uti but idk what more he wanted. He’s been hurt so many times and I don’t wanna hurt him no more than what I have but I wanna give him time. Like it never showed up in my blood or std test but idk yall i don’t.
