Mastitis? Clogged duct?

The inside of my boob is sore even after pumping but only if I touch it. Is this a clog or mastitis?

My breast was tender whenever I had mastitis. It felt bruised. However, the night that I noticed the tenderness I had severe symptoms like shakes from being freezing, sweats and a 102 fever. That’s how I figured it was mastitis.

A clogged duct will feel like a hard ball and painful to touch. Taking a hot shower and massaging the breast at the same time can help. Massaging the lump while BF/pumping is also helpful.
